Physical Challenge: Tree Transfer

VIDEO #340
Tree Huggin' Track
Another fun physical challenge video. Sure it might not look too hard, but hey, when you're in front of the computer everyday for almost a year, you loose your super human strength which makes a tree transfer challenge that much harder. My secret? I had a tiger beer before the task. Also, you might notice Beast the Cat also accomplishes her own mini tree transfer challenge. Good job Beast!

Physical Challenge: Be Like Bond

VIDEO #304
Song - "A View To A Kill" James Bond Theme
This secret location needed to be filmed so I decided to see what I could do with it. It brought the James Bond out of me and returned a classic physical challenge video to the blog. Have you seen these two?
Anyway, if anyone wants to attempt the vertical route, let me know, I'll film it. I would give it a try but if something were to happen to me, the videos wouldn't get made... see where I coming from? And... I'm too scared. There, I said it.

Physical Challenge: Vertical Push Ups

VIDEO #157
Song - "You Spin Me Right Round" by Boy George
He's back at it with more physical challenges! This time the goal: 66 handstand push ups. No big deal, you're just upside down pushing all your weight while blood is rushing to your head... fun! Thought I'd wear some sweet workout gear for this one. American Gladiators here I come.

Physical Challenge: Pull Ups

VIDEO #153
Song - "You Spin Me Right Round" by Boy George
I have been practicing the door frame pull-up for months now and thought I'd see how many I could do. I gave myself a random goal of 71 consecutive which I found was easier than I had expected. I know it might be some time before I can get to that all important 100 mark, so for now I will enjoy my accomplished 71. It's weird, you'd think I would look and feel stronger from doing so many after all these months? Hummmm?
