Some people wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee, walk their dog around the block then head out for work. Well, in my neighborhood it's a different walk of life. Coffee isn't strong enough, walking around the block just doesn't make sense and working is not an option. So, why not try to rip off your neighbor dress in the middle of the street, that's how these guys roll. To add, I was actually listening to this Marley song, it really is fitting for the scenario.

After several complaints from neighbors calling non-emergency 911, I've got the hint, wear clothes while watering/raking/digging/tanning/drinking in the back yard. Lucky me, I put up a fence in time before it became a real problem!
